Alegre Beach Resort is a five-star property located in Sogod, Cebu, some 75 km (90 minutes by car) from Mactan Cebu International Airport.

Alegre Beach Resort has a total of 38 rooms, a haven for those who want privacy, tranquility and being close to nature. Rooms are very spacious with a verandah to enjoy the view over the gardens and the sea. The main restaurant is the Pavilion, which also includes a bar with a fantastic view of the ocean. On the beach, there is the “Cliff Seafood BBQ and Bar” for a wide selection of drinks, snacks, full meals during the day and a full BBQ with the freshest seafood served nightly. Meals are served on widely spread out tables along the beach with candle light, accompanied by live music of our trio. The perfect setting for a romantic evening.

The Aqua Sport department offers a whole range of activities like jet skiing, snorkeling, fishing, island hopping trips, banana boat rides and a fully equipped dive station. With professional instructors to introduce you to the underwater world.

Every afternoon, the resort arranges a sunset cruise on one of the resort’s boats, during which, on most days, dolphins and even whales can be seen.
