ARTISTIC DIVE CENTER # 36091 was founded 1998 by the Swiss Citizen and PADI Dive Instructor MSDT # 97630 Arthur Mueller and his Filipino wife Evalyn. (Rescue Diver)
Now, after 11 years of exploring new Dive Sites, we've found and discovered more than 43 diving sites. We also had to name them all, because there was no diving activities by that time at all in Sipalay.
Meanwhile, our local Dive Guides, who already have some 2200 dives, will bring you to the most beautiful dive sites in Sipalay City. Since we have many years of experience here at Sipalay we're able to show you all the special highlights on every dive you go.
Our equipment washing station has fresh water everyday. Your private equipment can be stored privately and your private diving box can be locked securely. We also provide a changing room for our divers.
For Open Water Courses, we have our Instructor Reiner from Austria, who will conduct dive courses. You also can start your Open Water Diver Course at home and online. See below!
As an additional option, we now offer Nitrox at our new Dive Shop.
Our Tank Valves are ready for DIN and INT regulators.
Meanwhile, we offer more than 15 sets of complete Diving gear.

Accommodations ( beach front )

Category: Deluxe

All 6 deluxe bungalows are integrated into two buildings, but with the same furnishing and decoration layout. The buildings location site is slightly elevated and more or less 20 meters behind the beach front at first row. A nice pathway, which is leading along the beach, through a botanical garden, brings you to the restaurant and pool bar as well as to the reception area in less than one minute. Each room comes with a double bed and a single bed as well with an electric fan. Inside the room, you will find a reading light, shelves, mosquitoes net and power outlets. A nice and quiet split type air-con will keep the room cool and pleasant. The private toilet and shower room has hot and cold water and is equipped with a big mirror. All rooms have a roof protected balcony and are set up with nice bamboo chairs and table. If the weather is good, you can enjoy an amazing, colourful sunset into the waters of Punta Ballo.

Bungalows, Dolphin, Nemo, Whaleshark, Seahorse, Barracuda
These individual Villas are overlooking the beach front bungalows and offer an unbelievable view to the ocean. They are nicely inbuilt into an elevated hill without any obstructions or neighbours in front of the balcony. A short walk along a beautiful pathway, passing by only two small stairway sections will take you in 1 to 2 minutes to the restaurant, beach or pool bar as well as to the front desk. It is even possible to check in your luggage directly through a short cut into your Villa. All Villas comes with air-conditioning, satellite TV, and a cute nice mini bar with some cold drinks. A double bed, a single bed, reading light, shelves, chair and table as well as mosquitoes net on windows and doors is the standard style of the Villas. Cold and hot water shower in a nice private bathroom will make your stay pleasant. A special light system will make your stay romantic. A roof protected balcony with set of bamboo chairs and a table invites you to enjoy a cold beer on the terrace with a fantastic view out to the ocean.

Bungalow Enzian & Bungalow Toscana
These two bungalows right at the beach front offers you a great opportunity to enjoy your holiday. A nice pathway, which is leading along the beach through a botanical garden, brings you to the restaurant and pool bar as well as to the reception area. Since they are located at the beach front, a great view to the beach and ocean is guaranteed. These two private big bungalows offer one big living room with a higher standard surrounded by a large flower garden. A quiet split type air-conditioning system will keep the Bungalow cool and fresh. The bungalows are well furnished with a double bed, 2 single beds, a sofa bed, shelves, table, chairs, reading light, as well as with a nice satellite TV set. Large mirror glass front sliding doors gives you a great panoramic view, even in bad weather situation; it will give you a great peaceful place to relax protected from wind and rain. Mosquitoes net are set up on all windows and doors. The comfortable toilet and shower area comes with hot and cold water. The roof protected balcony has a large extension in front of the cottage; you can even put up a tent on the private loan. The whole place is surrounded by flowers and gardens. A rattan made lying and reading chair will give you a comfortable time on the balcony or even outside the open garden area. With two comfortable hammocks, you will enjoy the holiday even more. The whole bungalow area offers around 70 square meters and gives you a feeling to be in paradise. Most suitable for families with children or honeymooners, couples and groups up to 5 or 6 persons. 1 MS JOJO
This wrack is down at Campomanes Bay. Freighter from the 80's. Excellent condition. Topmost level at 20 m. Max. depths. 33 meters. Plenty of big lion fish to be seen.


2 SS PANAY
Exiting wreck from the second world war. Very good condition with 33 m at topmost level. This war ship was hit by Japanese torpedo's in March 1942. Still gas mask in the stock rooms.


3 ELCO Wreck
Nice small wreck at Obon Pt with nice corals and plenty of never seen big stag horn corals with plenty of fish inside.


4 Juliens Wreck
Wreck dive with some current at 6 meters. The quiet big wreck lies on a large area. You can dive or snorkel on it.
beautiful coral coverage.


5 Cathedral Tower ***
Deep dive down to 40 meters on an excellent reef. A tower goes up to 22 meters.


6 Turtle Island South Pt. ***
South of Turtle Island , we have a beautiful reef which is full of soft and hard corals. Diving is best at 6 to 18 meters.


7 Mystery Wall
Beautiful Drop Off starts at 35 meters down to 70 meters. Only for Deep Divers. Large Turtles can be seen.


8 Eva's Point
Drop off wall from 3 to 33 meters straight down. The wall is fully covered by corals and plenty of fish going around. Just fantastic.

9 Eva's Pt. Extension
Wall dive toward Campomanes Pier with a max depth of 26 meters. Plenty of table corals. Nice relaxed dive site.

10 Manta Drop
Fantastic drop off from 15 to 35 meters. Plenty of nice fan corals. Sometimes you can see Mantas and Tuna going over the reef plateau.


11 Habok Habok Reef
A very nice Wall with several big cracks and Canyons in it. Depth from 1 to 16m.
Belongs to the new Sanctuary from Sipalay City, Marine Protected Area (MPA)


12 Villamor *** A special dive site near Hinoba-an. Entry at 5 meters going through channels. If current comes in , the dive site changes to a drift dive.
Most beautiful soft corals on reef top.

13 Kevin's Reef
Excellent house reef with an old big anchor at 9-meter depths. Max. depths 24 meters.


14 A- Rock
Another house reef, just next to Disneyland. Nice coral rocks surrounded by white sand. Depths 12 to 18 meters.


15 Great Canyons
Really great canyons to dive through like a labyrinth. All at 8 to 17 meters.
Very suitable for beginners and masters.

16 Toscana Reef
An other very nice house reef like a drop off from 11 meter down to 28 meters. It has beautiful corals and many small fish.

17 Disneyland
Very exiting dive site with coral blocks and white sand. Plenty of lions fish. 6 to 15 meters. Excellent for night diving with lots of night active marine life.


18 Leonardo Reef
Healthy coral house reef with hard and soft corals. Max. depths at 15 m. It`s located just in front of our resort ARTISTIC DIVING.


19 MA - ASIN Island
This dive site is just south of the dive shop. A 20 minutes banca ride will bring you there. Most beautiful big table corals ever seen. Great coral garden from 8 to 28 meters. Mostly good visibility.


20 MA-ASIN South Wall 1
Nice coral walls starts from 5 down to 30 meters and is just 300 meter south of the MA-ASIN island.


21 MA-ASIN South Wall 2
An other wall full of nice corals starts from 5 m down to 30 meters.


22 Black Rock
Steep wall dive along the front reef of Obon Pt.
From 5 to 25 meters with slightly current.


23 Black Rock I
Similar extension of Black Rock, 5m to 18 meters.


24 Black Rock II
Nice Dive starts at 4 meters with small drop of down to 12 meters. Several channels along the wall.


25 Spiral Drops
Straight down wall from 5 meters down to 27 meters, with a Coral formation like a spiral. There are nice Bat Fish.


26 Catmon Pt. I ***
Nice coral garden near Hinoba an with canyons and walls.


27 Catmon Pt. II ***
North of Catmon Pt. is an other dive site from
from 5 to 18 meters. Excellent for day trips.


28 Matatindoc Pt.
Simple wall dive along the front reef of Nataasan Resort.
From 5 to 18 meters with slightly current.


29 Enzian Reef
Reef / Wall dive with a very nice plateau at 28 meters, max. 40 meters.
Several Frog Fish are on about 5 meters.


30 Sunken Island
Beautiful big sunken island with plenty of fish and very nice table corals. 8 m down to 30. For many divers one of the best dive site.

31 Clara Reef
The reef starts at 11 meters down to 30 on a exiting slightly dropping wall. Plenty of Butterfly Fish among others and with the best chance of good visibility.

32 Ayers Rock
Fantastic sunken island with wonderful corals and plenty of fish at 18 to 35 meters depths.


33 Marco Polo
Negative entry down to a fantastic coral reef with hundreds of big fish down to 30 meters. Just amazing and very unique.
There are sharks passing by.


34 Da West
Negative entry down to a fantastic coral reef with hundreds of big fish like Barracuda, Tuna, etc. down to 34 meters. Just amazing and very unique. There are Sting Rays and Sharks passing by.
Perfect for underwater video and photography.
Just in front of your cottage.


35 Miami Beach
Straight down wall to 30 meters. The coral top is on 4 to 5 meters. Nice corals and a lot of colorful coral fish

36 Blue Wall
Deep blue negative entry down to 45 metes. Only for experienced divers.


37 Fritzantino Wall
Very nice drop off down to 40 meters. The coral wall
goes up to 15 meters. You even can reach the shallow area at 5 meters. Very exiting dive experience.


38 Marcello Reef
A very nice underwater world for divers with canyons. And different cracks. Depths from 5 to 28 meters.


39 Buluguisan Pt.
A coral plateau of about 5 meters starts the dive. A very nice drop off goes down to 22 meters to an entrance to a big cave. Excellent corals and gorgonians.


40 Romantico
Another reef down with a negative entry to 26 meters. We have found a shark cave on top of the reef. Finally you can discover a very romantic wall dive bringing you back to the main house reef.


41 Bulata Pier ***
(Mad Max)
Dive along the pier at Bulata and you will find very special species like Nudibranch, Lionfish, Sea slag, Star fish, Tiger cowry, Black lined Doris….


42 Benissimo Benissimo Reef is south of Campomanes Bay. Just descend to almost 10 meters to start the dive. After a while, you can reach a reef plateau of about 30 meters. The following wall is fantastic straight down to 60 meters. You will be surrounded by plenty of fish and beautiful corals. By the end of the dive, you will reach 5 meters to go for a relaxed safety stop.


43 Ketchup Drop Stop This dive sites is just next to Enzian Reef. It will take a 15 minutes banca ride. A spectacular negative straight down entry down to about 40 meters will start the exiting dive. You will dive along the beautiful reef wall, surrounded by fish and big table corals. In about 20 meters the wall will become more flat, so that you can prepare for a stress free safety stop at 5 meters.
Since the dive site is on the west end of Campomanes Bay, you will experience a great visibility with plenty of sunlight, which makes the corals so colorful. Usually, you also can see some Frogfish during that dive.


44 Traudolf `s Point
This new dive site takes only 7 minutes to go there. The boat crew will drop you just on top of the beautiful reef. With a negative entry, you go down to 18 meters on top of the reef plateau. The entire reef is dropping down allaround to 35 meters. There`re caves and cracks in the wall, where you can go inside and have a look around. Many big table corals and gorgonias will join you along the reef.
During full moon and new moon, there`s a strong current pushing you along the wall.

ARTISTIC DIVING RESORT
is located at the beach front of Punta Ballo, Sipalay City Philippines. The great beach and dive resort was founded in 1998 as the first dive operation in the entire region and is owned by the Swiss National and Diving Instructor Arthur Mueller MSDT #97630 and his Filipino wife Evalyn Mueller (Rescue Diver). In the meantime, we’ve discovered more than 44 diving sites which are all ready for you to explore. Together with our friendly staffs, we’re continuously expanding our clean resort. Today, we offer now 16 nice aircon bungalows all at the very beach front. The City of Sipalay established a new concrete road to our facilities. It is now a very pleasant access to our Beach Resort. A new restaurant and modern kitchen offers delicious local and international cuisines, even a la carte. Now, we also offer an excellent Mongolian Barbeque Buffet for you. New, we also offer a new volcanic rock grill for our barbeque lovers. Our nice swimming pool invites you for any kind of pleasure and is a great start to learn diving. Apart from diving, snorkelling, eating and relaxing, you can also try beach volleyball, dart, or billiard. Just enjoy.............................

ARTISTIC DIVING RESORT offers a big range of food. Pilipino specialties and international dishes. A freshly made Americano Coffee with an imported full automatic coffee machine and coffee beans is always a good start for the day. We also prepare special food like Swiss Style "Roesti " (like hash brown) or original Swiss Bread and Swiss Muesli. We also offer vegetarian menu as well. At ARTISTIC DIVING you do not have to worry about our delicious salad bar. Our kitchen only uses drinking water from our 5-stages water filtering system with UV-treatment. The french style own created salad sauce is an other highlight. For this season 2011, we offer a great volcanic rock barbeque grill at our resort. Every Wednesday, we serve a fish barbeque dinner at the beach. Every Saturday, we arrange a big Mongolian Barbeque Buffet with candy lights.

Bungalow Manta
This bungalow stands alone on a private property, which even has a private gate as your main entrance. This so called Honeymoon Suite or Family Apartment with its name Manta, is located just next to the Villas. Two stairway sections are integrated into the pathway going to the restaurant, bar, beach, or reception area, which takes only one minute to walk. It is even possible to check in your luggage directly through a short cut into your bungalow. The suite is divided into a living room and a sleeping room; whereas a door is connecting the two rooms. The living room is well furnished with a sofa bed, salon table, shelves, a nice satellite TV set and a cute nice mini bar with some cold drinks. Inside the living room, you have a fantastic view out to the ocean, because it offers all-around sliding doors, with a great panoramic view. Even in bad weather situation, it will give you a great place to relax. The sleeping room comes with a double bed, table, chair, shelves and reading lights. Each room has mosquito net and a separate air-condition system. Outside the private loan, you also can find a water basin with several shelving. A private toilet and shower, with hot and cold water connects both rooms and can be locked individually for your convenience. It offers many shelving and it has a roof window for a great light effect. An integrated balcony will offer you a peaceful place enjoying the surroundings while sitting on comfortable rattan lying and reading chair. With an integrated comfortable hammock, you will enjoy the holiday even more. A picture perfect view out to the ocean, overlooking the beach front bungalows will make your stay a remembrance. With a total area of about 60 square meters, the Honeymoon Suite is a perfect place to be with its higher standard. Breakfast, lunch, dinner a la carte with a refreshing powder juice (orange or pineapple) in a pitcher. One drink of your choice like soft drink or beer for dinner. Every Wednesday night we serve a seafood buffet and every Saturday night we offer a Mongolian barbecue buffet. As a complementary we offer the Dinner upon arrival ( at the resort only ) as well as breakfast before check out. Drinking water (purified refill water) at any time as much as you like. Conditions
We would like to get a down payment of EUR 50,00 upon your booking reservation is made and confirmed. Your down payment will be fully credited off your total amount without transaction fees. If we receive a full payment of the package one month prior to your arrival we offer you a 5% discount on the total package amount. If you do not get the full package, ( Non Diver ) , we offer you a 2% discount. Any additional bills can be paid here at the resort with your credit card or in cash, PHP, USD, EUR, CHF.
