Thank you for your interest in STILTS! To ensure that you have a pleasant stay at STILTS, please take note of the following:

Check-In/Check-Out Time

Standard check-in time is at 12:00 p.m. while check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Subject to availability of accommodations, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon prior notice.

Payment for Accommodations

We require a downpayment of fifty percent (50%) upon confirmation of your reservation. Full payment should be made at least three (3) days prior to check-in date.

Payments can be made through either of the following ways: (a) through your credit card by filling up the credit card portion on the online reservation form; or (b) by depositing the required amount in our bank account. Please fax or email us a copy of your deposit slip once the deposit has been made.

Cottages

Cottages

STILTS has eight (8) cottages built on stilts overlooking the water. The cottages are easily accessible through wooden walkways. It also has a beach house located along the beach.

The cottages come in three (3) sizes – large cottages which can accommodate a maximum of twenty (20) persons, medium cottages which can accommodate a maximum of fifteen (15) persons and small cottages which can accommodate a maximum of ten (10) persons.

Each cottage is equipped with simple amenities, including airconditioned bedroom(s), a loft area which provides additional sleeping space, a bathroom with hot and cold water, a living room, a kitchenette and a private veranda.



Large Cottages (Cebu, Iligan, Lipa, Palawan and Tagaytay)

*In addition to the features described above, STILTS will provide mattresses to accommodate the maximum number of guests per cottage.

Day Tours

The Day Tour Beach Area is a long stretch of white sand located at the right side of the resort which can accommodate large groups for day tours. The swimming area at the Day Tour Beach Area is approximately 300 meters wide and 200 meters long with the length being measured from the shoreline to the deep part of the bay. The water reaches a depth of two (2) feet to three and a half feet (3.5 feet) at high tide, thus making it a safe swimming area for adults and children.

The Day Tour Beach Area has complete facilities, including open pavilions, open huts and separate toilets, shower and dressing facilities for men and women. Food and drinks may be ordered from the resort. Different packages are available for managed buffets or packed meals. Guests may also bring in their own food/drinks and use the grills provided to cook their own food. The bringing in of food and drinks is subject to corkage fees. The use of facilities at the Day Tour Beach Area is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Day Tour Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Entrance Fee: P350.00/person.

1. Children ages three (3) years old and below are free of charge
2. The entrance fee includes free use of the grills for guests who wish to cook their own food and chairs and tables under the trees.

Rates for Pavilions and Open Huts
Pavilions and open huts at the Day Tour Beach Area may be rented at the rates specified below:

1. Children who are three (3) years old and below are free of charge. They will also not be included in determining the maximum capacity per cottage.

2. The Rates for Minimum Capacity include free breakfast (your choice of daing na bangus, tocino, longganisa or hotdog with fried rice, fried egg, coffee and/or tea) for the applicable number of persons.

3. The rates above include free use of the swimming pools. Said rates also cover free one (1) hour use of the resort’s karaoke room and billiards pavilion. Use of the function room/karaoke room as well as the billiards pavilion shall be on a first come, first serve basis

4. The rates are exclusive of twelve percent (12%) VAT and corkage fees. A corkage fee of P70.00/person shall be charged for guests who bring in food and drinks. A corkage fee of P40.00/person shall be charged for guests who bring in drinks.
